Before installing a new filter, rinse it under clean water for 1–2 minutes to remove any residual carbon dust. Regular filter replacement helps maintain fresh, clean drinking water for your pet.
Neptuno is designed for simple everyday cleaning. The stainless steel water tray, water tank, and internal parts can be easily removed and cleaned regularly to help maintain fresh and hygienic drinking water. For best performance, we recommend periodically rinsing all water-contact parts and replacing the filter as recommended.
