We started by being our own customers
Honestly, we never intended to start a company.
We were simply looking for products for our own pets.
Products that made daily life easier. That helped build routine. Products that used technology in a way that actually improved our pets’ lives.
It sounds simple, but for us it mattered.
We wanted our pets to be fed at the same time every day.
We wanted to help them maintain a healthy weight.
We wanted them to hear our voices through the speaker and learn their routine.
We wanted products we could also take with us during vacations and long trips.
And most importantly, we needed products that actually fit the size and lifestyle of our pets.
The same happened with water fountains.
If we avoid drinking tap water in many places, why shouldn’t our pets have filtered water too? Most pets naturally prefer running water anyway, they drink from taps, hoses, and moving streams whenever they can.
A fountain simply made sense. We needed larger water capacity. With multiple pets and medium-to-large dogs, small fountains and tiny feeders just didn’t work for us. But once we started researching the market, what we found?
Apps that malfunctioned.
Sensors that barely worked.
Cheap materials.
Complicated setups.
Products clearly designed only for small pets.
It felt like many products were made without real pet owners in mind.
So instead of continuing to wait for someone else to offer what we were looking for, we decided to search for it ourselves.
And that’s how Telky Pet started.
We spent months researching products, testing samples, visiting fairs across the world, checking materials, verifying certifications, and learning every detail behind the products we selected.
Not because we wanted to create “just another pet store.” But because we wanted products we genuinely felt comfortable using in our own homes first.

We didn't start a pet brand.
We solved our own problem.
So that's it, it was done, we made de decision to stop waiting for someone else to offer what we were looking for that we decide to offer it ourselves. And it wasn't easy we wanted to know every detail fo the products, we took our back packs and travel to Asia, we visited fairs, we met suppliers, we visited factories, we run all the analysis and make sure all materials are safe, are licenses are up to date and standards are met.
Our family is growing.

Yes, as you red, during this journey, we unexpectedly adopted another rescue dog after visiting an adoption fair. Throughout this process, full of passion and dedication we open our homes to a new dog. You can say hi to Artemis, Arte for the closest friends.
Because for us, pets were never part of the business plan.
They were always the reason behind it.
No AI generated animals. No perfect breeds. Just rescues.
Every pet you see on Telky Pet is real. Most are rescues, adopted pets, or animals belonging to friends and family.
You won’t find artificial AI generated pets or “perfect” commercial breeds all over our website because that simply is not who we are.
We want Telky Pet to feel honest, personal, and connected to real pet owners living real life with their animals every day.
