Neptuno’s replacement filters help maintain fresh, clean drinking water for your pet through a multi-layer filtration system combining activated carbon, food-grade resin, and non-woven fabric. These filters effectively remove impurities and everyday debris.
Each set includes 6 filters, 6 sponges, and 1 cleaning brush to support regular maintenance of your Neptuno water fountain.
For best performance, we recommend replacing filters every 2–4 weeks depending on usage and the number of pets.

Regular cleaning helps maintain proper water flow and overall fountain performance.
Before first use, rinse the filter under clean water for 1–2 minutes to remove any residual carbon dust. Then place the filter inside the filter holder beneath the water collection tray and ensure all parts are properly positioned before use.
For best results, we recommend replacing the filter every 2–4 weeks depending on usage and the number of pets using the fountain.
To clean the pump, remove the sponge filter, open the pump cover, and use the included cleaning brush to clean the internal parts and remove buildup. You can use the brush hook to pull out the filter fan from the pump. Once cleaned, reassemble the pump and replace the sponge filter if needed.
The sponge filter helps reduce debris entering the pump and supports smooth water circulation, so it should be cleaned regularly and replaced when necessary.
